Coilmaster Corporation is a state-of-the-art manufacturer of quality coils and condensers. Just outside of Memphis, TN, Coilmaster operates three factories totaling over 300,000 square feet. Our plants are designed to accommodate the material inventories, manufacturing area, quality assurance stations and product development areas required to produce a product that will meet most any requirement and exceed customer expectations.

Coilmaster Corporation's IT team powers core business functions across multiple manufacturing locations. We're committed to delivering reliable, high-performance software solutions that support both internal operations and customer-facing systems.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, implement, and support full-stack applications for engineering, operations, and customer systems.
  • Lead end-to-end development of equipment selection and simulation software, from feature design to deployment.
  • Enhance and troubleshoot Windows Forms, ASP.NET applications, APIs, and database connections.
  • Participate in Agile software development cycles, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Work closely with business users to capture requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, both internal and external.
  • Document software design, architecture, and operational procedures.
  • Provide post-deployment support to ensure application availability and performance.
  • Apply modern development practices (GitHub, unit testing, code reviews, CI/CD).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across three manufacturing sites.
  • Contribute to integration with ERP and business analytics platforms.
  • Adhere to security protocols, coding best practices, and version control standards.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing applications.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio, C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, and GitHub.
  • Experience with Windows Forms, web applications, APIs, and database design.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Initiative, curiosity, and ownership over projects.

Preferred:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • 3+ years utilizing Microsoft .NET technologies.
  • Understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, refrigeration cycles, and HVAC principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP integration or business analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  • Exposure to IoT systems or industrial automation.
  • Understanding of secure coding and system scalability.
  • Experience working across distributed teams and locations.
