We are seeking an experienced Omni Implementation Manager to join our DMI Beauty Tech & CX team. This role will drive the development, implementation, and growth of offline & online beauty tech devices and services across global markets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in omnichannel retail technology, localization rollouts, and cross-functional project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Expertise
Understand brand localization kits, capabilities, configurations, analytics, and data capture.
Maintain knowledge of brand goals, objectives, and customer journey flows (online & offline).
Localization Coordination
Develop and manage rollout roadmaps with brand stakeholders and regional leaders.
Coordinate market kick-offs, weekly status calls, and cross-team collaboration.
Act as liaison between brand and global teams, ensuring timely delivery of localization activities.
Lead monthly calls to review device usage, KPIs, and improvement opportunities.
Support ad-hoc events and activations utilizing Beauty Tech solutions.
Reporting & Analytics
Track localization progress and report key milestones.
Gather, analyze, and interpret dashboard data to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to optimize Beauty Tech strategies.
Tech Maintenance & Change Management
Support local change request collection with global teams.
Ensure implementation aligns with brand guidelines and KPI targets.
Coordinate activation plans for tool/service launches.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in omnichannel retail, technology rollout, or implementation management.
Proven experience with localization and multi-country market launches.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
Familiarity with retail/beauty technology, customer journey mapping, and CX solutions.
Data analysis and KPI reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, analytics tools).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Experience in beauty, luxury retail, or consumer goods industries.
Knowledge of CRM, analytics, and collaboration tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams).
