Full Stack Back-End Engineer
Location: Merrimack, NH
Rate: $60 65/hr (W2)
Must Have Skills:
Back-end heavy API / Spring Java development
PL/SQL (Mandatory candidates without PL/SQL will not be reviewed)

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with experience and passion for building high-quality software applications. You will be a key contributor on an Agile squad focused on developing industry-leading integration solutions in the Payroll Deductions/Elections Platform (PDP) and HR/Payroll area.
You will play a key role in the development and operationalization of capabilities that are important to the future business strategy. These modern product offerings will enable clients and partners to seamlessly integrate with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, code, and unit-test new applications in close collaboration with business partners, architects, and tech leads
Drive clarity in requirements, architecture, and design by working with multiple stakeholders
Develop and maintain leading software engineering products to support Employer Servicing and Integration Product area squads
Share knowledge and expertise within and outside of the team
Ensure alignment with product and architecture roadmaps
The Expertise You Bring:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of hands-on software development experience
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API-based solutions
Strong knowledge of relational database design and data modeling
Hands-on database development experience with Oracle (PL/SQL required) and ETL tools
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with integration techniques across record keepers is highly desirable
The Team:
The PDP, HR & Payroll Integration teams work closely with external payroll vendors to achieve true 360 data integration via APIs and files. This role may also involve participation in key modernization initiatives.
