Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the platform meets business needs and is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the architecture of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and business functions.
- Lead the design and development of integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.
- Design and implement ServiceNow configurations, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and scripts.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop and implement ServiceNow roadmaps and strategy.
- Oversee performance tuning, platform upgrades, and environment management.
- Ensure data integrity and CMDB health across the platform.
- Keep up with platform updates and provide recommendations for feature adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator .
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM/ITOM/CMDB (preferred).
- Deep knowledge of core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, etc.
- Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks and data modeling.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
