Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement, and roll out AI-driven conversational platforms such as chatbots and digital voice assistants to support inbound and outbound customer communications.
- Design and refine computer vision pipelines that assess vehicle imagery and accurately classify the presence and severity of physical damage.
- Connect AI models with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, or similar) to streamline data entry, ensure consistency, and enable workflow automation.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities where AI can enhance operational efficiency and customer interactions.
- Leverage modern conversational AI and image recognition frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Service, Amazon Rekognition, OpenCV, YOLO) to build scalable and resilient solutions.
- Maintain strict compliance with data security, regulatory requirements, and privacy standards when deploying AI technologies.
- Monitor the AI landscape to stay ahead of emerging trends, recommending innovative tools and practices that can be applied to business challenges.
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to internal teams, promoting best practices in AI and machine learning adoption.
Skills & Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience delivering production-ready ML/AI solutions.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency in building and deploying conversational AI systems, natural language processing (NLP), speech-to-text, and text-to-speech technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of computer vision techniques using TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron2, or comparable frameworks.
- Strong Python programming background with hands-on experience using modern AI/ML toolkits.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI applications with enterprise systems such as CRM or ERP platforms.
- Practical experience leveraging cloud-based AI/ML environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability, with a detail-oriented and structured approach to building solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- History of successfully delivering AI projects that drive measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry knowledge in automotive, insurance, logistics, or similar fields.
- Experience with call center or telephony integration platforms (Twilio, Genesys, Five9).
