Job Title: IT Analyst Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Analyst to join our team. The IT Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business requirements, analyzing system processes, and providing technical solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring IT systems align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for IT systems and applications.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Support system design, testing, implementation, and post-deployment activities.

  • Troubleshoot application, system, and process issues, providing timely resolution or escalation.

  • Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.

  • Develop process flows, system documentation, and user guides.

  • Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and enhancement projects.

  • Ensure IT solutions comply with security, quality, and performance standards.

  • Provide user training and ongoing technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • 1 - 7 years of experience in IT analysis, business analysis, or related role.

  • Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

  • Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to work across business and technical teams.

  • Familiarity with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications (ERP/CRM preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and IT service management.

  • Industry certifications (CBAP, ITIL, Agile, or similar).
