3+ years of experience with Qualtrics;
5+ years' experience with other experience in backend/full stack software engineering
Strong experience with Qualtrics for survey design and delivery, including survey flow, question design, data analysis, and dashboard development.
Qualtrics certification nice to have, not required
"Expert level Qualtrics experience (as opposed to "strong ), particularly in the CX and Discover spaces on Qualtrics
Project management experience (stakeholder management, ability to meet deadlines, strong communication skills, etc.)
Strong presentation skills - should be able to deliver a demo to a non-tech audience
Organized, self-starter, good at multitasking
Any experience working with Qualtrics Discover or any conversational analytics program would be helpful in this role
Strong project management skills, including scoping, scheduling, time management, and risk management.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations.
Experience with APIs, SQL, Python, data engineering best practices is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
