Job Title: Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid 2-3 days/week ON SITE required in Richmond, VA

Job Description:
- Support software releases, enhancements, and production defect fixes.
- Handle data conversion, mapping rules, validation, and ETL logic.
- Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
- Oversee defect triage meetings and ensure timely closure across multiple vendor platforms.
- Develop test scenarios, cases, and data, and verify software changes based on requirements.
- Generate testing progress reports, metrics, and summaries for stakeholders.
- Maintain historical UAT documentation and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with multiple vendors, developers, and business users.
