Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Flow Designer to join our team onsite in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow workflows and interfaces to support enterprise automation, service delivery, and user experience initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure ServiceNow TSM and ITOM modules to streamline telecom and IT operations workflows.

  • Develop automated flows and business processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.

  • Create, customize, and enhance UI pages, dashboards, and forms for optimal user experience.

  • Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts (client scripts, business rules, UI actions, etc.).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring performance and compliance with governance standards.

  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features.

  • Provide technical documentation and support for end-users and system administrators.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of TSM and ITOM modules.

  • Proficiency in Flow Designer and Workflow automation.

  • Experience in UI design, including creation of custom widgets, forms, and portals.

  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting components.

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).

  • Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Developer certification.

  • Experience in the telecommunications domain.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience with ServiceNow s latest releases and UI frameworks.
