Job Details

As the Technical Lead for a Dynamics 365 (CE + F&O) platform connecting over a dozen internal teams and external partners, you ll own the system s technical direction shaping its architecture, developing custom functionality, and leading integrations end to end.

You ll remain hands-on with the code: building plug-ins, writing Azure Functions, designing APIs, and ensuring data flows between systems quickly and reliably.

Beyond coding, you ll guide a team of developers setting technical direction, providing clean working examples, and making sound decisions on tools, frameworks, and workflows.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years designing and delivering enterprise-scale software and architecture

  • 3+ years in a verified Lead or Technical Lead capacity

  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (CE + F&O) both configuration and development

  • Proven experience integrating 5+ platforms (CRM, ERP, and custom applications)

  • Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL

  • Experience with Power BI and SSRS for large-scale data reporting

  • Hands-on with Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Kafka pipelines in production

  • Comfortable writing Python scripts and React front-ends

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and deployment via Azure DevOps

  • Microsoft Certified professional
