Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a lead qualification or sales development role in B2B (business to business) SaaS/software, healthcare.
Must have experience in at least one: Qualifying Sales Leads, First Point of Contact for Sales Inquiries, Developing Sales Leads by doing Discovery Calls with clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or Hubspot or similar)
Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow.
Ability to meet weekly KPIs and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, playing a critical role in engaging, qualifying, and nurturing prospects to initiate product trials. Your efforts will directly impact our lead conversion and sales pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound leads via email and/or phone to initiate contact and assess potential fit.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as buying authority, business need, and timeline.
Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points, goals, and alignment with our solution.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Provide prospects with access to demos, product information, and other resources to support conversion.
Follow up and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including lead response time, qualification rate, and handoff volume.
