Desktop Support Technician

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level hardware and software systems
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Active Directory
• Experience in audiovisual systems, including Microsoft Teams Room-certified equipment
• Experience with virtual meeting tools such as Zoom, Teams, and GoToMeeting
• Experience in mobile device setup and support, including iOS and Android
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, and networks
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals
• Track and manage IT assets and maintain documentation of system changes
• Support remote and onsite users with technical issues and service requests
• Assist with setup and support for meetings, video conferencing, and AV equipment
• Collaborate on cross-functional IT projects and initiatives
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel to other office sites
