Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level hardware and software systems
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Active Directory
- Experience in audiovisual systems, including Microsoft Teams Room-certified equipment
- Experience with virtual meeting tools such as Zoom, Teams, and GoToMeeting
- Experience in mobile device setup and support, including iOS and Android
- Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, and networks
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals
- Track and manage IT assets and maintain documentation of system changes
- Support remote and onsite users with technical issues and service requests
- Assist with setup and support for meetings, video conferencing, and AV equipment
- Collaborate on cross-functional IT projects and initiatives
- Participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel to other office sites
