Required Qualifications & Experience:
ServiceNow Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer).
  • Experience in ServiceNow integration with external systems (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, and Integration Hub).
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and data privacy best practices.

Technical & Architecture Skills:

  • Experience in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices, APIs, and modern integration strategies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and ITIL methodologies.
  • Performance optimization experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations.


Preferred Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Preferred)
  • ITIL v4 Certification (Preferred)
