Job Details

We are seeking a Quality Engineer who will be a critical player in our Engineering team. The Quality Engineer will have a significant role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products and services. This essential position will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance protocols and performance standards to ensure product reliability and compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. This role is ideally suited for someone with a strong background in the Engineering industry and experience in Inspection Data and Defense.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
2. Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure production processes are running correctly and the final products meet the set quality standards.
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues.
4. Analyze inspection data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Provide technical guidance to the production team on quality control matters and troubleshooting.
6. Develop and implement quality training programs for the production team.
7. Work with suppliers and customers to improve product quality and resolve quality issues.
8. Lead the investigation into customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
9. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
10. Play an active role in the design and updating of quality control processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the Engineering industry.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in Inspection Data or FAI Data.
4. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and team management skills.
7. Proficiency in using quality control software and conducting data analysis.
8. Certification in quality control such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or similar is a plus.
9. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
10. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and maintain a keen attention to detail.
