Job Overview:
We are seeking a Business / Financial Analyst to join our team in Lake Mary, Florida. This hybrid role requires in-office presence on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The ideal candidate will support accounting reference data, project-related activities, end-user support, data analysis, and interactions with supervisors, accountants, and IT staff. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on data governance, financial systems, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide insights on assigned Data Governance tasks.
• Ensure the accuracy of reference data owned by the accounting team in the 1ERP Environment (SAP).
• Oversee the help desk to resolve issues and create trouble tickets with IT.
• Manage data processes and ensure data quality.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, ERP security, and internal/external audit requests.
• Identify areas for enhancement and opportunities to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience with financial systems, procedures, and verification.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience mining various data sources and providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with successful ERP implementations.
• Understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of Google Suite applications.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule as needed.

Education/Certifications:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or two or more years of relevant work experience.

Pay Range: $24hr - $25hr on w2
