We are seeking a skilled Integration Consultant to work on the transition for ERP integration from SAGE-Plex to SAP-Plex. This role demands deep technical expertise in ERP systems, integration frameworks, and manufacturing business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both SAP and Plex platforms, and a strong background in system integration, data flow optimization, and Quality Management System (QMS) enablement.

  • Plex implementation - leading implementation or migration end to end
  • QMS
    • QMS Connectivity & Testing: Validate SAP-Plex QMS data exchange; test payloads like POs, suppliers, and parts.
    • QMS Module Activation: Enable Plex QMS features including document control, audit trails, and compliance workflows.
    • User Roles for QMS: Configure permissions and approval workflows for quality teams, suppliers, and auditors.
    • QMS Process Automation: Set up triggers for alerts, escalations, and quality event approvals.
    • Issue Management: Integrate supplier portals for QMS issue tracking and resolution.
    • Testing & Dry Runs: Simulate quality events; validate dashboards and KPIs for QMS readiness.
    • Go-Live & Hypercare: Finalize QMS go-live plans, migrate data, activate roles, and support post-launch fixes.
