Job Title: IT Business Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA 30334 (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months+ contract

Will be required to attend periodic onsite meetings. A hybrid work schedule will be determined shortly after hire.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Consultant with a strong technical background to take ownership of projects and ensure their successful completion. This individual will possess a blend of project management expertise, organizational change management, and hands-on technical experience, enabling them to effectively lead projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Qualifications:

Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven technical experience in a role such as a programmer, DBA, architect or similar.

Project Management Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus. Experience working with the Judicial System is preferred.

OCM Skills: Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Prosci ADKAR)

Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and resolve conflicts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.

Results-Oriented: Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
