Job Description : As an Configuration Management and Content Specialist, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Responsibilities: -

• Configuration Management Documentation:
• Create comprehensive documentation of configuration management processes.
• Develop process flowcharts for configuration management.
• Write step-by-step setup and testing procedures.
• Prepare troubleshooting guides for common issues.
• Document version control and change management procedures.
• Content Management and Configuration:
• Configure the Clinical Care Advance platform to meet business requirements.
• Create, edit, and manage content within the Content Editor, TCS Trizetto Communication System, and Configuration Manager.
• Customize letters, forms, concepts, keyed inserts, user-defined fields, and strings.
• Ensure platform configuration aligns with customer requirements.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to maintain data integrity and consistency.
• Weekly Status Reports:
• Provide weekly status reports detailing project progress.
• Manage and report on issues and risks.
• Track and communicate scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Outline next steps and action items.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

• Experience in configuration management and content management systems.
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and process flowcharts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with version control and change management procedures.
• Ability to manage and report on project progress, issues, and risks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
