Job Title: Databricks Solutions Architect

Location: New York, New York (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

  • Over 12 years of experience with Azure and Databricks Lakehouse implementation including
  • Extensive experience in Databricks Delta Lake implementation cluster configuration and policy design
  • Proficiency in Azure Modern Data Warehouse platforms including Data Lake Data Factory and Databricks Delta Architecture
  • Skilled in building ETL pipelines data modeling and structured semi structured dataset handling using SQL and PySpark
  • Expertise in migrating on premise SQL and Oracle servers to cloud environments and automating pipelines with CICD methodologies
  • Strong ability to estimate project efforts and deliver complex solutions in agile environments

Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY

  • Understanding data modeling using Erwin tool
  • Knowledge of Oracle PL SQL is advantageous

Soft Skills

  • As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Insurance Domain Knowledge
  • Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
  • Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
