Solution Architecture, Google Cloud Platform, Enterprise Architecture, Salesforce.Com 1. Solution Architecture - Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions within Salesforce CRM (Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to support critical captive finance operations and enhance customer interaction processes. 2. Google Cloud Platform - experience with Google Cloud Platform native services, especially Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, API Gateway, and other serverless technologies for building robust, event-driven integration service 3. Enterprise Architecture -Evaluate and articulate the pros and cons of various technical implementation and architectural options, presenting clear recommendations and building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders. 4. Salesforce.Com - Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Auto Cloud, including configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components), data models, and API integrations. Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Strong background in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, and various integration patterns with Salesforce CRM and external systems.
