Job Title: Onsite Technical Coordinator / Project Manager Integration Support
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Technical Coordinator / Project Manager with expertise in MuleSoft API Platform and/or IBM App Connect. This role is critical in leading integration support efforts, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and bridging the gap between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical knowledge, project management experience, and client-facing skills. This role requires an onsite presence for effective coordination with clients and offshore teams.
Required Skills & Experience

Total IT Experience: 10+ years

Integration Platform Experience: 5+ years with MuleSoft and/or IBM App Connect

Technical Proficiency:

Deep understanding of the API lifecycle and integration governance

Familiarity with middleware architecture and tools

Project/Support Management:

Experience managing L2/L3 support teams

Delivery experience in Agile or hybrid environments

Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project
