Duties: Collaborating on all aspects of trading for Schwab's technical platform, from strategic development to implementation. This includes understanding client needs, prioritizing potential solutions, and measuring success through key metrics. Translating the product vision into specific deliverables and ensuring rigorous execution and attention to detail by effectively managing the product backlog. Converting technology product and experience opportunities (customer needs and wants, along with other feedback) into initiatives (requirements, epics, features) and driving execution strategies. Guiding complex digital or technology products and experience opportunities from conception to market validation by collaborating with all relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts, including business, UX, technology, and operations. Leading the development of business case artifacts and hypotheses for scoping and prioritizing efforts. Generating meaningful insights using various tools and resources to identify areas for improvement in digital or technology products and experiences. Led cross-functional product teams to discover and develop new digital or technology products, experiences, and features by collaborating with stakeholders and organizational leaders to align product development efforts with strategic priorities. Preparing compelling presentations and other communication materials to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership. Fostering a "big picture" perspective to drive clarity among the team and stakeholders. Maintaining and applying advanced knowledge of business, technology, UX, and relevant processes, along with a strong understanding of product management principles. Ensuring that risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and 96 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 96 months involving the following: SQL; Aerospike; JIRA and Confluence; Data Analysis; Functional and UAT Testing; and Excel Macro's and Pivot tables.
