• Content Structure Transformation: Convert content from single-use formats into reusable, structured headless components. Break down unstructured long-form content into modular elements and manage content migration from multiple sources.
• Metadata Framework Implementation: Apply and advocate for consistent use of the organization s content taxonomy. Ensure all content is properly tagged and described to support discoverability and reuse.
• Content Reuse Optimization: Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content to minimize duplication and reduce manual maintenance efforts.
• Global Content Updates: Create and update content within the content management system (CMS) in response to internal requests, ensuring compliance with defined processes, policies, SLAs, and delivery timelines.
• Content Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit various content types (e.g., articles, policies, assets) for grammar, clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with editorial style guidelines.
• Quality Control & Auditing: Perform regular content audits and analyse performance data to ensure consistency and maintain high content quality standards across platforms.

• 2+ years of professional content management experience in a system like Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or WordPress
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience working with reusable or headless content

• Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Technical Writing or a related field
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Content ops experience managing content for AI applications
• Real-world experience with information architecture and content models
• High attention to detail and adherence to style guidelines
• Demonstrated success learning and explaining business processes
• Proven knowledge of SEO principles
