Systems Engineer Staff
Location: Fort Worth TX
What You Will Be Doing
As a Systems Engineer Staff on the F-35 Sustainment Supply Operations and Logistics (SO&L) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of the F-35 supply network. This high-visibility position involves working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to define, analyze, and manage system requirements that support fleet readiness. You will leverage your expertise in systems engineering to translate complex program needs into actionable plans, ensuring that all components of the F-35 Program of Record-including OEM capabilities, PBL performance, depot operations, reliability and maintainability, provisioning, and fleet flow plans-are aligned and optimized.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain system requirements, including functional, performance, and interface specifications.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with internal and external customers, leading meetings and presentations to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support verification and validation testing, ensuring compliance and operational readiness.
- Generate, manage, and deliver Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), including items such as the Net Asset Position (NAP), to ensure customer compliance and satisfaction.
- Decompose and aggregate program information to establish clear Prime Requirements in collaboration with customers, supporting a stable and efficient supply network.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Systems, Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.)
Experience with defining requirements
Experience with creating/maintaining Systems Engineering artifacts such as architecture diagrams, ICDs, design documents, systems flows
Experience creating and managing Verifications and Validation Plans

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
