Data Analyst

Soni Resources is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and lead reporting and analytics efforts. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, own the full data function, and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth. Per the client, this is a hybrid role based in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends and insights.
  
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business stakeholders.
  
• Apply statistical techniques, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
  
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data solutions.
  
• Recommend process improvements and best practices based on data insights.
  
• Conduct market and competitor analysis as needed.
  
• Travel occasionally for conferences, meetings, and industry events (domestic).
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
  
• Strong skills in SQL, R, and Python.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure preferred).
  
• Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.).
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Knowledge of machine learning/predictive modeling a plus.
  

Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 annually
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
