We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong experience in Finance & Operations
(F&O) and hands-on exposure to development/customization. The ideal candidate will combine functional
expertise in business processes (finance, supply chain, operations) with technical understanding to help design,
configure, and extend D365 solutions that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across finance, supply chain, and operational
areas.
Configure and customize D365 Finance & Operations modules to support business processes.
Assist with solution architecture discussions and recommend improvements for system performance and
usability.
Develop functional design documents and review technical specifications to ensure alignment with
requirements.
Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and optimization of the D365 environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Should be a qualified accountant
5+ years of experience as a D365 Functional Consultant, with a focus on Finance & Operations (F&O).
Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational processes within ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with D365 customizations and development.
Knowledge of system architecture, data entities, integrations, and Power Platform.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
Proven ability to work with both business users and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Preferred:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or similar certifications.
