Job Details

Day to Day responsibility :
  • The role involves a lot of data entry, communication with internal and external customers, and working with limited supervision within a small team.
  • The contractor will use various software, including Microsoft 365, Outlook, Adobe, and Excel, to respond to customer needs and work with several internal departments to get projects started and completed.
  • A typical day involves individual and team contributions, data entry, communication with customers, and collaboration with internal departments. The contractor will work closely with two other individuals on the process and may interact with up to 100 designers, helping build packets, track payments, and manage service installations.
  • The contractor will support both internal and external customers.
  • The ramp-up time is ongoing, with initial training taking a couple of months to become self-sufficient.
  • Continuous support and training will be provided by two managers and team members via Teams for remote assistance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
