We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges that keep operations running at peak performance.

Hours & Pay


Pay Rate: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour (based on experience)


Shifts Available: Second shift and third shift


Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and adjust manufacturing and plant support equipment


• Fabricate parts using metal, plastic, or wood to support operational needs


• Monitor and maintain boilers, compressors, water processing systems, waste neutralization, and powder silos


• Support maintenance and repair of production equipment as required


• Assist with plant layouts and the purchasing of new capital assets


• Respond to plant safety and security system needs


• Order parts, tools, and accessories to support maintenance operations


• Assist with snow removal for exits, roofs, walkways, and docks as needed


• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent


• 4+ years of experience in a maintenance mechanic role within a manufacturing environment


• Strong mechanical aptitude (motors, gears, bearings, etc.)


• Mid-to-high level electrical knowledge preferred


• Experience in maintaining facilities and production equipment


• Ability to lift up to 50-55 lbs repeatedly and perform physical work, including standing, bending, and stretching


• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills


• A team-focused mindset with a proactive, action-oriented approach
