Job Summary

The Business Analyst will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights for stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.

  • Create detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

  • Collaborate with IT/development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.

  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation reviews.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field.

  • years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

  • Proficiency in requirements-gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, surveys).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
