Job Details
Must Have:
- Mastery in writing SQL queries.
- At least 30% experience in Snowflake.
- Recent healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data models, including dimensional modeling.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes for data ingestion and transformation (Snowflake/SQL).
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for performance and efficiency.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards/regulations.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau).
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting of BI solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize current BI platforms to drive continuous improvement.
- Integrate systems with various data sources and third-party tools, including cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Perform report curation, data modeling, and participation in data warehouse design.
- Document data warehouse contents and metadata storage.
- Create technical documentation for BI tools.
- Make independent decisions on work methods, handle ambiguity, and work with minimal supervision.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, Snowflake, ETL processes, and BI development.
- 5+ years in report curation, data modeling, and data warehouse design.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and their data services.
- Recent healthcare domain experience (mandatory).
