Location: Remote - Position supports clients across a regional geography (Night shift)

Description:
* The Applications Engineer III - Technical Support is responsible for ensuring optimal performance and operational quality of technical systems and software.
* This role includes remote implementation and maintenance of infrastructure, performing upgrades, diagnosing complex issues, and guiding users in system operation.
* The engineer will collaborate across product and organizational lines to resolve issues, communicate customer feedback to internal teams, and support various components such as servers, network devices, and security systems.
Required Skills:
* 3-5+ years of experience as a Server Administrator with expertise in system management, maintenance, and troubleshooting
* Familiarity with managing certificates in enterprise environments
* Foundational networking experience, including diagnosing connectivity issues and supporting infrastructure
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues in remote settings
* Strong communication and customer service skills to facilitate coordination between technical teams and end users
Desired Skills:
* Experience with scripting and automation tools
* Familiarity with managing certificate infrastructures in enterprise environments
* Knowledge of infrastructure-level diagnostics across multiple platforms
Compensation:
Pay Range: $30.38-$43.40 Per HR
