Description
We are looking for an Associate Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business units and IT, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
Provide consultation and support to front-line teams, addressing case-related inquiries and concerns.
Maintain and update documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Conduct training sessions to improve team knowledge and operational efficiency.
Perform quality reviews to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Support data-related tasks during compliance and audit reviews.
Assist with regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to industry requirements.
Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and documentation.
Collaborate with teams to optimize business processes and systems.
Monitor and ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to conduct training sessions and perform quality reviews.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
