Job Title: Sr. Digital Product Owner
Location: Hybrid - Washington, DC (Occasional travel for PI Meetings)
Duration: 16+ Months

Summary:
As a Principal Digital Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of digital products and services across the organization. You will be a member of a cross-functional team and serve as the voice of the customer to guide development teams in building software products with the highest business and customer impact.
You will work with product management and other stakeholders to develop product strategy and prioritize/manage the product backlog, incorporating feedback from business stakeholders and the team to guide continuous product improvement.

Essential Functions:
Act as the primary voice of the customer and point of contact for the product, managing the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects business priorities and drives value.
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Partner with product management and stakeholders to translate business needs into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Elicit and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to provide a clear understanding for development teams.
Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring the team works on high-priority items.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and development teams, to ensure everyone is aligned with the product vision.
Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction, key features, and timelines for product development.
Define and track key metrics and outcomes to measure the success of the product and identify areas for improvement.
Lead the adoption of agile best practices, implementing and championing agile principles.
Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies, with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership, communication, relationship building, and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
Demonstrated success in defining and building products on product teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong negotiation skills
Reservation solution experience in the transportation industry
Experience with implementing SaaS solutions and Cloud
