Position: Technical Support

Location: Dallas, TX / Sunnyvale, CA

Job Mode: Fulltime

Job Description:

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client's software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA's ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
  • Respond to and resolve end-user service requests related to software, hardware, and network issues via ticketing systems, email, phone, or in-person.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
