Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the management, configuration, and optimization of enterprise content management systems across a complex and large-scale environment. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in IBM CM8 with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, configuration, and maintenance of IBM Content Manager 8.7 and related components.
  • Manage and optimize Library Server and Resource Manager for scalability and stability.
  • Troubleshoot workflow, retrieval, and indexing issues to ensure seamless content operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security, authentication, and integration best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with IBM CM8 (item types, workflows, ACLs, IBM Content Navigator, IBM ICC for SAP, CM APIs).
  • Strong knowledge of WebSphere Application Server (WAS) and DB2 as related to IBM CM8 deployments.
  • Expertise in analyzing logs, traces, and dumps to identify and resolve root causes.
  • Proficiency in Java, C++, and web technologies (JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML).
  • Familiarity with authentication and security protocols including LDAP, OIDC/OAuth, and SSO.
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years' experience in related field preferred
  • Working knowledge of two or more technologies preferred
