Job Description
- Lead the design and development of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), especially in HCM area to connect cloud and on-premises applications, systems, and databases.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements, define integration patterns, and recommend solutions.
- Architect scalable and extensible integration solutions, considering factors such as security, performance, and maintainability.
- Lead a team of 4 offshore developers in the implementation of integration solutions, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Configure and customize OIC adapters, connections, orchestrations, and mappings to implement integration workflows and data transformations.
- Develop and implement error handling mechanisms, monitoring solutions, and performance optimization techniques to ensure reliability and efficiency of integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between OIC and other Oracle Cloud services, third-party applications, and legacy systems.
- Stay updated on OIC product releases, features, and industry trends to provide thought leadership and drive continuous improvement.
