Oracle EBS Senior Consultant/Solution Architect
Client: US Air Force
POP: 12+ months
Location: Remote; will be required to report to San Antonio, TX as required by the client
SCOPE
Modernize and enhance USAF's Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environment by replacing legacy Cash Management and Investment Program, replacing Internet Based Purchasing System, implementing new Oracle EBS modules including Treasury Management, Cash Management, Project Management, CLM, Procurement, and iSupplier, and supporting tens of thousands of users processing millions of daily transactions across multiple environments.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must have IAT-II or IAT-III cybersecurity certification
- Must have Oracle E-Business Suite R12 experience
- Must have Oracle Cloud development and Oracle APEX experience
- Must have Line of Accounting (LOA) implementation experience
- Must have Oracle EBS core financial accounting knowledge with concentration in:
- Projects Management
- Cash Management
- Treasury Management modules
- Must have Contracting LifeCycle Management (CLM), Procurement, iSupplier, and Purchasing modules experience
- Financial accounting experience for legacy system transitions
- Oracle Database 19c and Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience
- Data migration and legacy system replacement experience
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with Oracle Database Appliance
- Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) experience
- Government/DoD contracting experience
- System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
TASKS
- Analyze existing processes, data exchanges, and create implementation sequencing recommendations
- Review and implement proper ledger setup and Line of Accounting structure
- Configure and integrate full Oracle Treasury and Cash Management functionality
- Transition USAF legacy systems, data, and reports into new environment
- Configure, integrate and implement Oracle's Project Management with sub-ledger configurations
- Implement CLM, Procurement, iSupplier, and Procurement Contracts modules
- Migrate all active data from legacy contracting and financial systems
- Conduct SIT/UAT, smoke testing, and defect resolution
- Provide MD50/70/120 documentation for all deliverables
- Develop and deliver train-the-trainer materials for all implemented modules
- Provide ongoing support and sustainment for all modules
