Job Description

Required Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of proven experience in designing and implementing SIAM frameworks and ServiceNow solutions at an enterprise scale.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and comprehensive experience with modules relevant to SIAM.
  • Advanced business and technical writing skills with a proven ability to create clear, client-facing documentation and engagement collateral.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, networks, databases, and web technologies in relation to ServiceNow integrations.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead complex integration challenges, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience conducting SIAM/ServiceNow maturity and health check assessments to inform strategic improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in methodologies from the Service Integration and Management Book of Knowledge (SIAMBoK).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist certifications.
  • Proven experience with multi-vendor environments and service integrator delivery models.
  • Deep knowledge of governance frameworks, performance measurement, and continuous service improvement practices.
