What You ll Do
As the Business Analyst Environmental Systems, you will support critical environmental and emissions processes by analyzing data, improving business workflows, and helping deliver system enhancements. This is a hands-on role where you ll learn quickly, build relationships, and contribute to meaningful, high-visibility work.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal customers to support and enhance Environmental applications.
Assist with emissions and environmental reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze, design, and improve business processes and data flows.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Participate in system configuration, testing, and change management activities.
Ensure data integrity across solutions and support end users as needed.
Design reports and assist with new features or system modifications.
Work closely with technical teams, IS groups, and business units to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
Build trust quickly and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Required Technical Skills
1 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar analytical role.
Experience participating in full project lifecycles.
Exposure to supporting technology solutions (testing, data integrity analysis, end-user support, documentation).
Understanding of relational databases and data concepts.
Strong SQL skills preferred; experience with PL/SQL or TOAD is a plus.
Familiarity with requirements tools such as Jira and documentation in Word.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Required Functional Skills
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex business functions and data flows.
Skilled at uncovering hidden requirements and translating business needs into clear specifications.
Comfortable managing priorities, expectations, and change requests.
Able to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor s degree with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Management Information Systems, Information Technology/Systems, Business, Environmental Science/Sustainability, or Engineering with a solid GPA
