Experience as a Salesforce Administrator , managing, maintaining, and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments. Implement and improve security policies and practices.

Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum.

Experience in data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products.

Experience is overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incident and problem calls and recommending technology solutions.
