This position is 100% work from home. Core work hours are based on Central Standard Time
Duties:
Serve as the technical SME for multiple niche applications (Jira, Jira Service Management, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Qualtrics, Contraxx, etc).
Provide Tier 3 support, issue resolution and proactive monitoring of applications. Oversee security access and administration of applications.
Take leadership responsibility for planning, design, configuration and enhancement of applications.
Plan and organize application configuration and enhancement projects, including vendor coordination, resource identification, requirements gathering, testing, training and deployment.
Must have 3 years of experience supporting, managing and administering business applications.
Must have knowledge/experience with Jira and Azure DevOps
Must have strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and coach/train application users
Nice to have: SharePoint, knowledge of PM methodologies, working knowledge of API integrations and low code/no-code platforms.
Proficiency in relevant languages: SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, API's, and scripting languages.
