Job Details
Job Title: BI Data Analyst (Data Tagging/Bot)
Location: Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite) - need to be onsite day one
Duration: 6-12 months
Skills:
Bot experience (either analytics on bot data and/or being part of the development/elevation of a bot) is a must-have now
This candidate will be responsible for data tagging to track different tabs within the bot flow. Bots could be everything from AI to IVR.
- They use custom tags within the Kore platform, so no specific tool to do the tagging itself.
- They use Figma boards to outline everything (would be good to have but doesn t sound required).
- Strong SQL is required.
- AWS Athena is used more on the testing side of things but it sounds like AWS experience isn t going to be a deal breaker.
- No Tableau here.
- Any GenAI experience would be great to have.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AWS software to manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Work with key stakeholders to strategize and automate data collection, processing, and analysis abilities.
- Lead data tagging initiatives to enhance data categorization and retrieval processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and performance metrics.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Escalate data quality concerns and needs appropriately and timely.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Proven experience with AWS software and services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Lambda).
- Strong understanding of data tagging techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of data governance and integrity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field or 7+ years of analytical experience.
- Experience with machine learning and AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying bots for data-related tasks.
