Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $37.00 USD Hourly
Description: Job Title: Global Payroll Systems Analyst
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Shelton, CT and international locations)
About the Role

As a key member of our client's Global Payroll Team, you will provide technical expertise in the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of payroll system applications. You'll support regional administrators and stakeholders globally, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of payroll systems and related processes.
Responsibilities
Application Maintenance & Support
  • Administer global payroll systems including scheduling, database maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Configure and maintain payroll system elements such as pay rules, accruals, schedules, time clocks, wage types, holiday calendars, and year-end requirements.
  • Ensure seamless execution of business processes and support data interfaces.
  • Conduct audits to maintain system integrity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute regression test scripts; deploy application changes.
Customer Engagement
  • Provide day-to-day support to end-users and resolve system-related issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units to educate users on system functionality.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to align expectations.
Process Management
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including requirements and operational procedures.
  • Optimize system efficiency, ensure data integrity, and uphold security standards.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to internal teams.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in operational analysis, ticketing systems, and payroll technologies (e.g., Kronos, SAP, UKG).
Skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of payroll principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working Relationships
  • Reports to: Manager, Global Payroll Systems.
  • Collaborates with: Finance, IT, HR, and Payroll teams.
