Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support our client's Salesforce platform enhancements, implementations, and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into scalable Salesforce solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams for Salesforce platform enhancements and implementation.

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

  • Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews to understand current state processes and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects to design solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Assist in developing test plans, test cases, and validating solutions during UAT.

  • Support change management and training initiatives for new Salesforce features and process improvements.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and ensure resolution.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.


Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of overall Business Analysis experience.

  • Hands on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is essential.

  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflows, and user journeys.

  • Proven experience in documenting requirements using user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

  • Hands-on experience in working with Salesforce Development and Technical Design teams.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.


Desirable Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.

  • Experience in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
