Expected salary range of $147,600 to $164,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Drive the strategic alignment of Information Technology with business objectives, enabling the IT Strategy Enablement team to deliver impactful strategic outcomes. This role is responsible for planning and managing IT resources and initiatives in support of strategic programs, contributing to the development of IT strategy and roadmaps, and fostering strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their strategic needs. The IT Manager ensures IT initiatives are delivered with a focus on strategic value creation and impact, while maintaining operational excellence and effective resource management.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the IT strategy and multi-year roadmaps, ensuring alignment with our overarching business strategy.
  • Translate strategic IT initiatives into actionable plans and projects, prioritizing efforts to achieve key business outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their strategic priorities, challenges, and IT enablement needs.
  • Manage the execution of strategic IT projects, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to strategic objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the value and impact of IT strategic initiatives to business stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
  • Lead and manage IT teams and resources to effectively support the execution of IT strategy, aligning skills with strategic demands.
  • Manage budgets and resources strategically, prioritizing investments that deliver maximum impact on strategic goals.
  • Oversee process optimization and innovation to enhance the effectiveness of IT strategy enablement, focusing on driving strategic outcomes.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success and strategic impact of IT initiatives and the IT Strategy Enablement team.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and adapt IT strategy execution to enhance strategic results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with a demonstrable shift towards strategic IT roles in the latter part of their career.
  • Experience in IT strategy development, IT consulting, or roles focused on business-IT alignment highly preferred.
  • Experience leading and managing IT projects and teams, with a focus on delivering solutions that support business strategy.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable IT strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of conducting rigorous analysis and developing data-driven insights.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how IT can enable and drive business value and strategic advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with and influence both technical and business audiences, including senior leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate degree.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Certifications or training in areas such as IT Strategy, Business Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture are a plus.
