Job Details
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to lead our transition from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online while providing enterprise-wide support for Microsoft 365 environments. This role will own three critical responsibilities: managing and configuring SharePoint architecture, driving migration initiatives using tools such as SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT), and developing automated workflows with Power Automate to enhance collaboration and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a broad technical skillset, including expertise in SharePoint administration (on-prem and online), PowerShell scripting, and integration with other systems. Working closely with our SharePoint SME and partnering across departments such as HR, Audit, Legal, Security, and project teams, this individual will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering innovative solutions that support the entire organization.
This position is available onsite at our League City, TX location.

What You'll Do:
- Site Management
Design, customize, and support the SharePoint Online environment, including a proprietary document review and workflow system. - User Support
Provide responsive and comprehensive technical support for SharePoint-related issues and user requests. - Permission Management
Manage user roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access across SharePoint sites. - Security & Compliance
Implement core security measures and best practices to protect the SharePoint environment and support compliance efforts. - Troubleshooting
Identify and resolve technical issues, including complex problems, using scripts and documentation as needed. - Content Management
Oversee content updates, including data imports and web part configurations on SharePoint pages. - Automation
Utilize PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks related to user and site management.
- Documents the designs, configurations, and procedures in SharePoint.
- Evaluates and recommends new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Four to six years of experience.
- Experience in a SharePoint enterprise support role, including the following:

- SharePoint framework and configuration, customization, and optimization.
- SharePoint migration (from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online).
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integration.
- User training and support.
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Workflow and the Microsoft Power Platform, developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience in PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation and administration.
- Experience in PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation and administration.
- Clearly communicate with team members and users, working effectively as part of a team and with cross-functional groups.
- Effectively troubleshoot issues and find solutions for technical challenges.
- Able to manage multiple user support requests and site setup projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Administer and maintain other Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Lists.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
