- Candidate must have hands on experience with UKG AND Boomi
- The certifications for either are not enough
- CE should understand the data flow within UKG
- Current struggle: the interfaces can be developed but there isn t enough expertise on the team with UKG specifically to interpret the data and how it works
- Should be able to build interfaces from scratch not just maintain existing ones
