Program Manager (Retail Domain)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to lead and manage end-to-end program delivery in the retail domain. The role requires overseeing overall program progress, budget, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies. You will be responsible for developing and executing program management documentation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives. This position also involves conducting knowledge transfer activities and ensuring smooth execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage holistic program delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications.

Lead the creation and execution of program management documents and plans.

Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and partners to set strategic initiatives.

Conduct effective knowledge transfer sessions.

Drive project execution using RACI frameworks, execution plans, and milestone tracking.

Requirements:

Strong technical/technology understanding to effectively manage tasks and teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for leadership-level interactions.

Proven retail industry experience.

Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Proactive, confident, and results-oriented with a "get it done" attitude.

Ability to lead projects from initiation to completion independently.
