- Requirement Gathering.
- Collaborate with SMEs to map critical business processes across Telecom B2B Value Streams.
- Conduct interviews and workshops to identify pain points and inefficiencies.
- Document business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for AI & Agent Development.
- PRD Development.
- Create comprehensive PRDs that articulate problem scope, desired outcomes, KPIs, and system dependencies.
- Ensure PRDs are consumable by OMS and PMs for roadmap creation and development planning.
- Maintain alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Impact & Outcome
- Evaluate opportunities for scaling Agentic AI solutions across EOps.
- Identify measurable benefits such as OPEX reduction and process optimization.
- Support prioritization of solutions based on business impact and feasibility.
- PRD Completion
- Define the problem (WHAT), solution approach (HOW), and business value (WHY).
- Include acceptance criteria, system requirements, and KPIs.
- Scalability Analysis
- Identify opportunities for broader application of Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience as Business Analyst/Product Manager for Business AI/Agent Development.
- Strong Process & Application design experience for following areas in Telecom B2B - Fixed Products LoB.
- Wholesale Sales & Contract.
- Service Assurance.
- Contact Center.
- Network Design.
- Network Optimization.
- Order Capture & Management.
- Telecom Project Management Workflows.
- Conducting customer interviews and stakeholder engagement.
- Technical documentation and PRD writing.
- Scoping and planning AI/ML production solutions.
