RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst in Miami, FL.

Summary:
This role supports the Payroll Tax team by managing system-driven tasks and ensuring data integrity across payroll platforms. Responsibilities include performing weekly audits within the payroll system to validate configuration accuracy, processing system-generated reports, and managing digital and physical documentation workflows. The position requires collaboration with the payroll team to identify and resolve system-related discrepancies, ensuring compliance with payroll tax deadlines. Success in this role depends on strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to execute essential functions with precision. Duties:
* Conduct weekly system audits to verify payroll system configuration and data accuracy
* Manage incoming mail and route items to appropriate departments using digital tracking tools
* Complete quarterly reporting tasks within system-defined deadlines
* Upload files into the ADP platform and coordinate with system representatives regarding alerts and support tickets
* Administer tax exemption settings for employees with special visa classifications using system parameters
* Assist in the configuration and processing of garnishments and levies within the payroll system
* Generate and distribute W-2 forms upon verification of employee records
* Perform other system-related or administrative duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in payroll operations or a related technical support role
* Basic proficiency in enterprise systems including HAH, SCOS, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to make informed decisions using structured problem-solving techniques
* Demonstrates integrity and professionalism in team-based environments
* Promotes inclusive collaboration and builds positive stakeholder relationships
* Maintains a minimum 92% accuracy rate in task execution
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in building and maintaining professional relationships across organizational levels
* Capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams
* Adaptable to fast-paced environments with a self-driven mindset
* Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking capabilities
* Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through on assigned tasks

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
